Refund and Return Policy – Digital Products

At Latif Sons International, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, including Forex trading tools and solutions. Since our products are digital and accessible after purchase, we maintain the following refund and return policy:

  1. Product Compatibility & Replacement: If the purchased file is not working or is incompatible with your system, we will provide a replacement or an alternative solution at no additional cost.

  2. No Full Refunds: Customers are required to test and trial the product before final purchase. Therefore, full refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  3. Partial Refund Policy: In cases other than technical incompatibility, a partial refund of 30% of the actual purchase amount may be considered at the company’s discretion. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    • Customers must provide proof (such as screenshots or error messages) if the product is non-functional.
    • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.

      Refund Request Process:

    • The company holds the final decision regarding any refund requests.    Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
